Miriam here! I am not going to lie, working from home has been very hard for me! I thrive when I have a routine and I find myself lost when I do not have a schedule. In the beginning of this COVID-19 work-from-home quarantine situation, I found myself not knowing what to do or how to be productive! Prior to COVID-19, I was used to working six days a week for eight+ hours, so I am used to working full time while also working alongside Kimberly on PWR WMN! So when the city of Dallas announced the “Shelter in Place" order, I had a hard time adjusting.
During my first week of quarantine, I started watching The Mindy Project and finished all six seasons... CRAZY, I know! Was it fun? YES! I had never seen a single episode but heard so many great things! I was doing the basics like fulfilling orders, but I wasn't pushing myself or the business forward. I absolutely loved The Mindy Project, but afterward thought, "I can do more." Instead of starting another binge worthy show, I started pulling ideas together of how to stay productive during this crazy time! This list has been a game changer for me, helping me find my own drive. I hope that it helps you as well!
