Why We Started PWR WMN

Why We Started PWR WMN

I’m often asked why we started PWR WMN. Why we wanted to start our own company.

Because women are natural-born problem solvers.

When we were working in car sales—running from the lot to the showroom to the service drive, we needed blazers that could keep up with us. That served us. That helped us.

We wanted pieces that looked fun and professional, like us, but also had real pockets (because yes, we actually carry things).
We needed blazers that could go through a full day of hustle and a washing machine, without falling apart.

But we couldn’t find them.
So, we made them. We solved our own problem.

That’s how PWR WMN was born. Out of a need. Out of frustration. And out of the belief that women shouldn’t have to sacrifice function for style—or tone themselves down to be taken seriously.

We deserve clothes that work as hard as we do.
